Volver starring Penelope Cruz. It's not a movie I'd reccommend to anyone who can't handle weighty moral themes or adult subject, but to those of you who are of age to watch R-rated films, enjoy foreign films (particularly in the Spanish language), and who don't mind a thought-provoking tragedy, go for it. The acting is excellent and Almodovar is a superb director.

Vampires Suck. That movie was so funny! I need to buy it! It makes fun of Twilight, and they couldn't have done a better job!

Sorcerer's Apprentice. It was alright. Not too grand, not too impressive, but it didn't suck. And honestly, my friend's twin brothers were too distracting. As Nicolas Cage shot plasma balls to save Monica Bellucci, the twins hit each other with nerf guns, climbed on the table and asked me to move in with them. Ah, little kids. You make my movie expereices a bit more difficult.

Passionada starring Jason Isaacs, Sofia Milos, and Emmy Rossum. Very cute, a little quirky, but usual romcom fare. A feel good movie I go to when I need a pick me up. :)

The Last Exocism. That was a terrible movie! And then I watched Case 39. It was a pretty decent movie.

King's Speech. Fantastic movie, I thought. The acting was brilliant and the actors' timing was spot-on. The script was fantastic, as was the directing. It was also historically accurate. Yay.

Toy Story 3 for the WIN, yo.

I'll never let this go, but I can't find the words to tell you

I don't want to be alone, but now I feel like I don't know you
Opinions I would try and rewrite
If life had background music playing your song
I've got to be honest, I tried to escape you
But the orchestra plays on

I recently watched 2 movies for the first time.
1st: Alpha and Omega. It was a typical animated animal movie with a predictable plot, but I enjoyed it.

2nd: Shrek Forever After. It was almost as good as the first, better than 2 and 3. The ogre babies were adorable, as always. Fat puss was kind of weird, but funny. And THE EYES! He can still make the big, cute eyes look funny even when he's chubby.

Update: Last night I watched Horton Hears A Who (The animated cartoon from the '70's, I think.) It was cool.

Last night I watched Law Abiding Citizen (fixing to watch it again right now.)
It was different than any of the other movies I've seen Gerry in. I'm just glad it didn't ruin my liking of him at all.
(I got mad because, yet again, they killed his character off at the end. I mean, I understand why they did it, he was a bad guy and he had to be stopped, but it still got me pissed off.)
I liked it, but it wouldn't be my first choice of Gerry movies to watch.
