A Christmas Carol: The Musical  Post [1]

Has anyone seen this? It played in New York for 10 years annually. The music is by Alan Menken ( the little mermaid, beauty and the beast, aladdin, etc. ). Plus there was a pretty good made for tv adaptation made a few years ago starring Kelsey Grammar.

I finally got to see it on stage last year ( community theatre production, but still good ). Its amazing. If you haven't seen it in any form, check it out. It's only one act ( since the story is so short.)

Ah, I'm not sure whether I've seen the musical or not, but I do remember that classical story. Whether it was the musical or play the acting of course was amazing. It did have music and singing, but not choreography. It was a professional local theater, but of course it was amazing. They incorporated many of the classic Christmas song, but I believe there was one or two songs that were seemingly in that format of 'musical. Hummm.

We were angels once, don't you remember? Joys in life, inside our souls; and nobody knows, just you and me. It's our secret.
And your child-like eyes, and your distant smile; I'll never be this happy again! You and I. And no one else. || Maybe he'll come today. Maybe he came already...

This is old, but why not. I saw the T.V. movie version awhile back and really liked it. I really liked the various versions of "A Place Called Home" throughout (Jennifer Love Hewitt's voice in particular is beautiful!). Here are some cool youtube clips for you to enjoy.
