Appearance: A young man with a slight limp. He has dark, shoulder length hair, thick eyebrows, and drowned pebble grey-blue eyes. There is a bite mark scar on his lower lip. He is quite tall, although often he is hunched up or slouching. Wears dark purple wellies, black hooded sweatshirt, paint splattered jeans and a skull earring.

Personality: Jacob is an introvert, quiet, prefers to work on the props and sets by himself -- particularly when making realistic skulls -- but he is generally friendly if someone approaches. However, he finds it difficult to meet their eye.
History: Jacob finds it difficult concentrating on voices due to an accident as a child. He did not come to the Opera house for the music, but the secrets. Someone once told him that the Phantom's tunnels were rebuilt as well, resurrecting the ghosts, and he wants to discover what is hidden, learn the Phantom's architectural secrets.

Other: He now wears wellies because he ended up lost in the watery catacombs once.
